She crossed time to meet her soul mate… A Rockstar in 1957. When your best friend wants you to test out a time door you can’t say no right? I promised to stick to the shadows. See everything but not be seen. Until the biggest name in Rock and Roll sees me. His history is written, and it doesn’t include me. Or does it? When parts of the past start happening all around me, I have to wonder if this is where I was always meant to be. The problem? I know the day he dies. And it’s fast approaching. Can I stop it?

My book is called Door of Light and is the third and final part of my trilogy, starting with The Black Dungeon Doorway and then Planes of Existence. It is about the following: I explore the potential for a utopian society on an elite colony spaceship that is on its way at light speed to another colony planet in the Milky Way galaxy. Exploring the theories of light speed, faster than light speed (FTL), and the dynamics of such a spaceship in story format, Door of Light goes on another great and exciting adventure with plenty of detail and action. Time is also explored, and it concludes with my song lyrics to celebrate the new colony.

In this first of a sexy new sci-fi romance series, a galactic farmer discovers the robot she ordered is actually a flesh-and-blood woman. Cedra: Running a farm on your own is exhausting and lonely. The Servana 200 service bot I ordered was expensive, but I need the help—and if it can also hold a conversation, it will be worth the price. When the bot arrives, though, her hair is curlier than I selected, her skin is surprisingly soft, and she’s curvier and more beautiful than I imagined. But do bots tremble at the lightest touch? Do they smell like a heady mix of flowers and hot, sweet blood, teasing my fangs to life? Technology is truly a marvel. Or is it? Twyla: Running from a forced engagement is terrifying. But I’m backed into a corner, and my only escape is to crawl into a packing box for a bot modeled after me. It’s certainly a panic move, but it got me out of one bad situation… And landed me right in the middle of another. At first, Cedra isn’t the most welcoming sort, not when she presses a knife to my flesh and threatens to kick me out of her home. I come clean fast, pleading with her to let me stay and be her housekeeper. She’s hesitant, but I can tell she’s warming up to the idea… Something’s flaring between us—fierce and urgent and insistent. And if these primal desires are mutual, maybe she’ll be the one begging me to stay. William T. Goodman's debut novel takes us on a mesmerizing journey of linked narratives that speak to the richness and rawness of the human experience. Through unusual circumstances, three unlikely and uniquely different people come together in the small desert community of Lunden, Arizona. All three are products of their turbulent pasts, possessing deep flaws as well as remarkable qualities. The bond they form is of the intensity most people are lucky to experience once in a lifetime, if ever. Tom is a forty-one-year-old college professor from Kingston, New York. He teaches English Literature as does his wife. With their marriage crumbling, Tom takes a sabbatical to reevaluate his life. He is brilliant, but often socially awkward. Seeking a completely new environment in which to sort himself out, he finds Lunden, Arizona. Tom's immense intellect and personal evolution drive the novel forward. Mae is a thirty-nine-year-old accountant and part time singer from Tennessee. She married her high school sweetheart soon after graduation. The marriage ends tragically, but Mae puts herself through college and then leaves Tennessee behind. Some years later, after quitting an accounting job in Tucson, Mae's car overheats on a back road leading to the Grand Canyon. Without cell phone service, she is stranded until a Native American in an open yellow Jeep happens by, arranges for a tow and brings her to Lunden, Arizona. Joseph is a twenty-nine-year-old part-Crow Indian from Montana. Soon after his birth Joseph's single, teenage mother abandons him and leaves the state. Her older sister and white husband raise Joseph on their ranch. He is educated away from the reservation, and after college graduation, the young and idealistic Joseph returns to the reservation of his birth to teach high school. His optimism quickly changes to disillusionment and then disappears altogether when a violent altercation in the classroom ends his teaching career. Joseph leaves Montana for a warmer climate where he intends to lead a solitary, primal existence. He rents a simple house in the desert outside Lunden, Arizona. As the small desert town of Lunden gradually reveals its darker underbelly of sex, violence and racism, the novel's realism intimately captivates us. With diverse characters brought to life through a mixture of sometimes emotional, humorous, moving, shocking and heartbreakingly tragic developments as well as flashback revelations, Desert Sundays unfolds like an ingenious jigsaw puzzle. Propelled toward an explosive finale, the novel compels us to reexamine concepts of legal versus moral justice, loyalty, degrees of personal loss, prejudice and even the possibility of metaphysical predetermination. Desert Sundays strikingly showcases the complexities of contemporary America, and with masterful insight, the novel vividly captures life's intensity, touching our hearts, our hopes and our fears. "My mother used to tell me that we are all born pulling a cart. As life progresses we fill the cart with our experiences - some good, some bad. This becomes our baggage cart. Certain people use it to build fortunes and empires, while others are crushed under the weight of their own baggage and never create anything.” - Joseph Curly of Desert Sundays -

The “uplifting, humble, and moving” true story of a troubled, East London artist and a twice-abandoned Staffordshire bull terrier who rescue each other (ForeWord Magazine). John Dolan grew up rough on the estates of east London. His early life was marked by neglect and abuse, and his childhood gift for drawing was stamped out by the tough realities outside his front door. A life of substance abuse and petty crime eventually landed him in prison. And when he was released, he found himself on the streets, surviving day-by-day, living hand-to-mouth. It wasn’t until he met George, a homeless Staffy puppy, that his life changed for the better. To begin with, George was a handful: he had been abused himself and was scared of human contact. Soon, John and George became inseparable. It was then that John decided to pick up his long-forgotten gift for drawing, sitting on the sidewalk for hours at a time, sketching pictures of George that he would sell to passers-by. “With dry wit and a lack of sentimentality,” John recounts how he found his life’s calling with his best friend by his side in this “disarmingly modest yet profound tale of redemption” (Kirkus Reviews).

“If a person commits a crime against another people, and they are someday sorrowful of this crime, they will ask forgiveness from the person; we may or may not be forgiven; if we are not forgiven, either way we need to let it go. They will forgive you in their time, when it is right for them, that is the Creator’s job, not yours. In asking forgiveness from the Creator, you need to let it go. The Creator immediately will forgive us once we ask it of Him. It is our human nature to think, sometimes our crimes are too horrific in nature. The human in us tells us Creator can’t forgive those; it is the human in us that makes us think, it is the human in us we need to turn off. Only then is when we listen to our heart. The Creator does not have a court with a judge, jury or prosecutor; there is only One, Him. He does not have a scale or measure to determine or compare one crime to another, to Him a crime is a crime, if the crime is being an adulterer, a liar, or a murderer, to Him they are all the same, the punishment is the same. What matters is not the crime, but that you were spiritual enough to ask forgiveness from our Creator. Don’t let the human in you think you cannot be forgiven, that is Satan influencing you, Satan will want you to think you are no good and can’t possibly be forgiven. DO NOT listen to that one. Let your heart, your spirit take over with the understanding it is done. The Creator wants you to know you do not repeatedly need to be forgiven for the same crime. You have been forgiven, so you are to go on as He intended. He created us to be happy, so that is what you will do. And you are to be sure you forgive others for their crimes against you. That is just how it works.”

The incredible true story of how one man turned his life around through the companionship of his best friend. For years, John Dolan had been living rough, trying his best to get by. Born and bred on the estates of east London, his early life was marked by neglect and abuse, and his childhood gift for drawing was stamped out by the tough realities outside his front door. As he grew older, he found himself turning to petty crime to support himself and ended up in prison. On coming out, with a record and no trade, he soon found himself on the streets, surviving day-by-day, living hand-to-mouth. It wasn’t until he met George, a tearaway Staffy puppy, that his life changed for the better. To begin with, George was a handful: he had been abused himself and was scared of human contact. But in a matter of weeks. John and George had become inseparable. It was then that John decided to pick up his long-forgotten gift for drawing, sitting on Shoreditch High Street for hours at a time, sketching pictures of George which he would sell to passers-by. With his best friend by his side, and a pencil in his hand, John suddenly found his life’s calling. Last autumn, John put on his first gallery show just across the road from where he had sat and sketched for three years. It sold out. Now, John and George are no longer homeless and live just around the corner from where they first met on the streets.
